Nick’s expertise lies in facilitating change management, active project management, cultural transformation, leadership development and selection, process design, and organizational assessment/reengineering.
Nick has applied his knowledge and expertise in dealing with large organizational transformations to a large number of projects involving high-visibility clients and has become recognized regionally for his work in the implementation and development of organizational leadership development programs.
Some of Nick’s recent work includes designing centralized functions for an expanding charter school system, and developing organizational design recommendations while providing guidance in implementing those changes for a publicly-traded retail and commercial bank.
Nick has served as a representative of the Atlanta Young Business Council, chaired the participation in the 2007 Atlanta “Relay for Life,” and attended the Turning Point Leadership Conference at Duke University.
He is also a past-member of an Atlanta-based Advisory Council, where he served on the Council and led a “Work/Life Balance” initiative.
Over the years, he has helped build local and regional awareness for several charitable organizations, including the American Cancer Society, Salvation Army, and the United Way.
