Professional Background
Lucila Silva serves as Brown and Caldwell’s Baton Rouge Office Manager. She has has over 30 years experience in a variety of technical, managerial and business development roles. Lucila is QA/QC Manager and Task Manager for the Environmental Compliance, Federal Coordination and Funding Scenario elements of the State of Louisiana’s coastal restoration and protection 2012 Master Plan Update. Lucila was also Project Manager for the State’s FY2011 Annual Plan. She has served as project manager for over 15 major projects, including environmental and chemical engineering design, construction and industrial plant operations management, and permitting projects that ranged from $500,000 to $60 million.
