Professional Background

Joanne Chamberlain has more than 20 years of experience, including project management, hydrologic network design, statistical analysis of hydrologic data, ecological restoration design and planning, engineering design for flood mitigation, performance measure development, and meeting facilitation and conflict resolution skills. She has worked with numerous stakeholders – including state agencies, local government, agricultural groups, recreational groups and residents – to develop and implement components of the the Kissimmee River Restoration Project and the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan. Joanne is Brown and Caldwell’s project manager 2012 Master Plan Update.
