Professional Background
Dr. Paulson has managed programs and projects across a range of water and environmental issues throughout the country for over 25 years, including ecosystem restoration and protection, regional water quality assessments, watershed planning and management; water supply planning, sustainability, and stakeholder consensus building. Dr. Paulson’s recent experience includes planning for coastal restoration and protection efforts in Louisiana, along with multi-faceted regional water planning and stakeholder engagement in the Sacramento San Joaquin Delta. She is known for her successes in working with diverse stakeholders to develop broadly accepted solutions that achieve joint water resources goals. In her time at Brown and Caldwell, Cindy has served as a national technical resource, a regional operations manager, client manager, and leader of the company’s Water Resources Practice, in addition to her work on projects.
